Art. 1 Contest Organizer

The Organizer of “You can safely go on holiday!” Campaign is S.C.SAFETY BROKER DE ASIGURARE S.R.L., an insurance brokerage company authorized by the Insurance Supervisory Commission under no. RBK-293, with the registered office in Bucharest, 8D, Calea Giulești, 2nd floor, 6th District, registered with the Trade Register attached to Bucharest Law Court under no. J40/6184/2005, Sole Registration Code 17437817.

Art. 2 Participation Right

All the individual and legal entity brokerage assistants, national partners of Safety Broker, taking out in the 24Broker application optional ACL house and Travel MCS type insurance policies of minimum EUR 1,500.00 /issuer (RAF code) collected premiums (optional ACL house and/or Travel MCS policies), over the development period of this campaign and accepting and complying with the terms of this regulation are automatically entered in the “You can safely go on holiday!” Campaign.

The PAD policies are not comprised in the scope of this campaign and shall not be taken into account.

Art. 3 Campaign Development Locations

This campaign takes place at the SAFETY BROKER offices throughout the country, respectively at the offices of the SAFETY BROKER Partners displaying the SAFETY BROKER logo.

Art. 4 Campaign Duration

The development period for the “You can safely go on holiday!” campaign is June 1st – August 31st, 2016. After August 31st, 2016, the sale of the products indicated in this Official Regulation no longer confers the right to participate in the campaign.

Art. 5 Validity Terms

All the national Safety Broker representatives meeting the conditions set forth in Art. 2, over the development period of the Campaign set forth in Art. 4, are automatically entered in the Campaign, within the terms of this regulation.

Art. 6 Campaign Mechanism

By the running of the “You can safely go on holiday!” Campaign, the stimulation of the sales of optional ACL house and Travel MCS insurance policies is envisaged.

The individual and legal entity brokerage assistants, national partners of Safety Broker, taking out in the 24Broker application optional ACL house and Travel MCS type insurance policies of minimum EUR 1,500.00 /issuer (RAF code) collected premiums (optional ACL house and/or Travel MCS policies), over the contest running period, June 1st – August 31st, 2016, shall be taken into account within the “You can safely go on holiday!” Campaign.

The prize fund consists in:

1st prize - Travel voucher amounting to EUR 1,500.00;

2nd prize - Travel voucher amounting to EUR 1,000.00;

3rd prize - Travel voucher amounting to EUR 500.00;

Mentions - 7 x Samsung J5 mobile phones

The prizes shall be awarded to the participants reaching the biggest volume of Gross Collected Premiums (but not less than EUR 1,500.00 /issuer - RAF code) from the sale the policy types representing the scope of this campaign. The cancelled / terminated policies are not taken into account.

In the event, at the end of the Campaign development period, the last winning positions are occupied by 2 or more participants with an equal volume of Gross Collected Premiums, the tie breaker shall be made taking into the volume of Gross Collected Premiums on the Travel policies.

Art. 7 Other Regulations

In order to meet the conditions of participation in this Campaign, the participants should be at least 18 (eighteen) years old. The contract should be concluded in compliance with the eligibility terms established by SAFETY BROKER, in virtue of the legislation in the field and the internal norms and regulations thereof. By the participation in the campaign, the participants agree to comply with the provisions, terms and conditions of this Official Regulation. The Organizer undertakes to respect all participants’ rights, in compliance with Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. Consequently, SAFETY BROKER undertakes to keep the confidentiality of the participants’ personal data.

The eventual disputes occurred between the Organizer and the participants in this campaign shall be amicably settled. In the event this is not possible, the disputes shall be settled by the relevant Romanian law courts.

Art.8 Advertising of this Regulation

This Regulation is available at the head office of the organizer, as well as on the website of the firm (www.safetybroker.ro). SAFETY BROKER reserves its right to amend this Regulation during the campaign, with the prior notification of the participants, by the publication of the amendments on the www.safetybroker.ro website.
