Art. 1 Campaign Organizer

The campaign Organizer is S.C. SAFETY BROKER DE ASIGURARE S.R.L., an insurance brokerage company authorized by the Insurance Supervisory Commission under no. RBK-293, with the registered office in Bucharest, 8D, Calea Giulești, 2nd floor, 6th District, registered with the Trade Register attached to Bucharest Law Court under no. J40/6184/2005, Sole Registration Code 17437817.

Art. 2 Participation Right

Any individual domiciled in Romania, client or potential client of Safety Broker, purchasing, over the period of the campaign, one fully comprehensive car insurance policy (CASCO), at the SAFETY BROKER offices throughout the countries, respectively of the SAFETY BROKER Partners – and accepting and complying with the terms of this regulation can participate in the "Make sure ..... that you are going to be insured" campaign. The SAFETY BROKER employees, as well as the 1st degree members of the families thereof do not have a participation right. Regulation of "The Most Beautiful Decorated Easter Egg" Contest

This campaign takes place at the SAFETY BROKER offices throughout the country, respectively at the offices of the SAFETY BROKER Partners displaying the SAFETY BROKER logo.

3. Contest Duration:

Tuesday, April 26th – Sunday, May 1st

4. Contest Mechanism:

Each participant in the contest should:

 -send to the e-mail address concurs@safetybroker.ro a photo of a decorated egg and customized with the Safety Broker logo.

5. Contest Prize

- one trip amounting to EUR 300

6. Prize Delivery

- The prize shall be presented on May 31st, 2016

Regulation of "YOUR House....Safe " campaign

All the individual and legal entity brokerage assistants, national partners of Safety Broker, taking out policies from the sale of the product– “Casa Ta”, “Caminul Meu”, “Casuta Noastra” optional house insurance, over the development period of this campaign and accepting and complying with the terms of this regulation are automatically entered in the “YOUR House....Safe” Campaign.

The Organizer of “You can safely go on holiday!” Campaign is S.C.SAFETY BROKER DE ASIGURARE S.R.L., an insurance brokerage company authorized by the Insurance Supervisory Commission under no. All the individual and legal entity brokerage assistants, national partners of Safety Broker, taking out in the 24Broker application optional ACL house and Travel MCS type insurance policies of minimum EUR 1,500.00 /issuer (RAF code) collected premiums (optional ACL house and/or Travel MCS policies), over the development period of this campaign and accepting and complying with the terms of this regulation are automatically entered in the “You can safely go on holiday!” Campaign.

The PAD policies are not comprised in the scope of this campaign and shall not be taken into account.

OFFICIAL REGULATION OF THE PROMOTION CAMPAIGN OF VIG - BCR LIFE INSURANCE – BRAND OF THE ACCIDENT INSURANCE PRODUCTS FOR PEOPLE, DISTRIBUTED VIA THE RETAIL BROKERS (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”)

Section 1 – Campaign Organizer

1.1 The organizer of the promotional campaign is BCR Asigurari de Viata Vienna Insurance Group SA, with the registered office in Bucharest, 21, Rabat St., 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor, 1st District, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/ 17847/2005, Sole Registration Code 18066920, joint-stock company, two-tier corporate model, with a subscribed and paid up share capital amounting to LEI 150,856,300, registered in the Register of Insurers under no. RA_055/November 28th, 2005 and as personal data Operator no. 48222 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”)

1.2 The promotional campaign hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign” shall take place subject to the provisions of this Regulation that is mandatory for all participants.
