Regulation of "YOUR House....Safe " campaign

Art. 1  Contest Organizer

The Organizer of “YOUR House....Safe” Campaign is S.C. SAFETY BROKER DE ASIGURARE S.R.L., an insurance brokerage company authorized by the Insurance Supervisory Commission under no. RBK-293, with the registered office in Bucharest, 8D, Calea Giulești, 2nd floor, 6th District, registered with the Trade Register attached to Bucharest Law Court under no. J40/6184/2005, Sole Registration Code 17437817.

Art. 2 Participation Right

All the individual and legal entity brokerage assistants, national partners of Safety Broker, taking out policies from the sale of the product– “Casa Ta”, “Caminul Meu”, “Casuta Noastra” optional house insurance, over the development period of this campaign and accepting and complying with the terms of this regulation are automatically entered in the “YOUR House....Safe” Campaign.

Art. 3 Campaign Development Locations

This campaign takes place at the SAFETY BROKER offices throughout the country, respectively at the offices of the SAFETY BROKER Partners displaying the SAFETY BROKER logo.

Art. 4 Campaign Duration

The development period for the “YOUR House....Safe” campaign is April 15th – July 31st, 2016. After the date of August 1st, 2016, the sale of the products indicated in this Official Regulation no longer confers the right to participate in the campaign.

Art. 5 Validity Terms

All the national Safety Broker representatives meeting the conditions set forth in Art. 2, over the development period of the Campaign set forth in Art. 4, are automatically entered in the Campaign, within the terms of this regulation.

Art. 6 Campaign Mechanism

By the running of the “YOUR House....Safe” Campaign, the stimulation of the sales of optional “Casa Ta”, “Caminul Meu”, “Casuta Noastra” house insurance policies, sold by S.C. Asigurarea Româneasca – ASIROM VIG S.A. insurance company, is envisaged.

“Casa Ta”, “Caminul Meu”, “Casuta Noastra” optional house insurance policies, taken out for S.C. Asigurarea Româneasca – ASIROM VIG S.A. insurance company, by the participants indicated in Art. 2, over the contest running period: April 15th – July 31st, 2016, shall be taken into account within the “YOUR House....Safe” Campaign.

The prize fund consists in 10 Samsung J5 mobile phones.

The prizes, consisting in 10 Samsung J5 mobile phones, shall be awarded to the participants reaching the biggest number of valid “Casa Ta”, “Caminul Meu”, “Casuta Noastra” optional house insurance policies, but not less than 50 such policies, taken out for S.C. Asigurarea Româneasca – ASIROM VIG S.A. insurance company, over the contest period: April 15th – July 31st, 2016. The cancelled / terminated policies are not taken into account.

In the event, at the end of the Campaign development period, the last winning positions are occupied by 2 or more participants with an equal number of “Casa Ta”, “Caminul Meu”, “Casuta Noastra” optional house insurance policies, the respective prizes shall be awarded to the participant(s) having reached the biggest volume of subscribed gross premiums from this type of policies. In the case of the multiannual policies, the subscribed gross premiums afferent to the first insurance year shall be taken into account.

Art. 7 Other Regulations

The campaign is valid only for the Safety Broker collaborators having taken out “Casa Ta”, “Caminul Meu”, “Casuta Noastra” optional house insurance policies issued for S.C. Asigurarea Româneasca – ASIROM VIG S.A. insurance company, over the development period of this Campaign. In order to meet the conditions of participation in this Campaign, the participants should be at least 18 (eighteen) years old. The contract should be concluded in compliance with the eligibility terms established by SAFETY BROKER, in virtue of the legislation in the field and the internal norms and regulations thereof. By the participation in the campaign, the participants agree to comply with the provisions, terms and conditions of this Official Regulation. The Organizer undertakes to respect all participants’ rights, in compliance with Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. Consequently, SAFETY BROKER undertakes to keep the confidentiality of the participants’ personal data.

The eventual disputes occurred between the Organizer and the participants in this campaign shall be amicably settled. In the event this is not possible, the disputes shall be settled by the relevant Romanian law courts.

Art.8 Advertising of this Regulation

This Regulation is available at the offices indicated in art.3 of this regulation, as well as on the website of the firm (www.safetybroker.ro). SAFETY BROKER reserves its right to amend this Regulation during the campaign, with the prior notification of the participants, by the publication of the amendments on the www.safetybroker.ro website.
